PM Borissov receives Herro Mustafa, new US ambassador to Bulgaria

At his first meeting with the new US ambassador to Bulgaria Herro Mustafa at the Council of Ministers, Prime Minister Boyko Borissov stated that the dialogue between the two countries was sustainable at all levels and that he expected the development of relations to continue its upward trend.

The Bulgarian Prime Minister highlighted cooperation in security and defence, both bilaterally and within NATO, as particularly positive. In Borissov’s words, there also exists a high potential for cooperation in energy security, high tech development, education, science and culture.
