This country was represented by producers of dairy and meat products, packaged rice, honey, frozen fruits and healthy bars. "The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forests has been doing everything it could to promote Bulgarian exports of agricultural goods to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," said Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, Assoc. According to preliminary data, in the period January - June 2019, exports of agricultural goods to the Saudi market increased by 7% on an annual basis. Its creation was agreed in a memorandum of cooperation signed in early October in the sphere of processing grain, oilseeds, fodder crops and proteins, that would contribute to the food security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
