Within the frameworks of the European Council dedicated to climate change held in Brussels Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov welcomed the Green pact for Carbon Neutrality adding that the agreement envisages zero carbon emissions until 2050 and that each country will set its energy mix alone.
