A project funded by the Bulgarian Embassy in North Macedonia will implement the construction of an athletic track, a mini golf course and a skate park in Kriva Palanka. Mayor Boryancho Micevski announced that the athletic track around the city stadium would meet all standards of the World Athletic Federation. The three new facilities would improve the sporting and living conditions of young people in the city, the mayor added.

With the help of cross-border cooperation programs with Bulgaria, another mini-golf course will be created, too. Project coordinator Sashko Dodevski has pointed out that his goal was improving sports culture and promoting healthy lifestyle in the municipality. The value of the project is about 73,000 euros.
