Bulgarian PM meets with US ambassador in Sofia Herro Mustafa

Bulgaria's Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and US Ambassador to Bulgaria, Herro Mustafa, had a meeting to discuss the forthcoming First Session of the Bulgaria-US Strategic Dialogue. On January 8, the US delegation to Sofia will be led by Deputy Secretary of State for Political Affairs David Hale. The aim is to build on our mutual partnership in order to achieve concrete results in key areas of mutual interest such as security and defense, counter-terrorism, energy security, law enforcement, and education, the PM stressed. Borissov said that Bulgaria was interested in further deepening its trade and economic relations with the US, while maintaining the positive tendency for a sustainable growth of the bilateral trade.
