The document proposed by the Qatari side provides for cooperation in school and higher education, in scientific research and technology. Cooperation in the field of master's and doctoral programs is also regulated. The two countries will recognize their academic education as well as the accreditation of higher education institutions.

During his visit to Qatar, Minister Valchev also met with Bulgarians who live in Qatar and work in the fields of education, science and sports.
