During the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Bulgaria's Prime Minister Boyko Borissov has met with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. Borissov noted that energy cooperation between Bulgaria and Azerbaijan has reached a strategic level.
