The U.S Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has reliable information that Andon Mitalov participated directly or indirectly in significant corruption in the capacity of a Specialized Criminal Court Judge. This corruption undermines the rule of law and compromises the democratic institutions in Bulgaria. This was the answer of the US Department of State to questions of Sega newspaper regarding the recent entry ban imposed by the U.S Secretary of State against the Bulgarian Judge Mitalov and his family.
