Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov and his Greek counterpart Kyriakos Mitsotakis have ascertained in a phone conversation that immediate diplomatic steps were needed to stop the migrant flow from Turkey. In Premier Borissov’s view, a long-term solution to the migrant problem, the humanitarian crisis and the war in Syria is necessary.
