8 new COVID-19 cases registered in Bulgaria

The number of COVID-19 cases in Bulgaria rose to 549, the National Crisis Headquarters announced. On April 6 eight new cases of COVID-19 were registered-all of them in Sofia. 201 patients were admitted in hospitals. 26 people are receiving intensive medical treatment. A total of 22 COVID-19 deaths have been registered since the beginning of the crisis. The last victim of COVID-19 is a ninety-year-old woman. She passed away in a Sofia hospital and was suffering from other diseases as well.
