Fast loans have been excluded from the moratorium on loan repayments introduced because of Covid-19, the Association for Responsible Non-Bank Lending has warned. This high risk and expensive product, which is not offered by commercial banks, is excluded from the guidelines of the European Banking Authority, followed by the BNB and the commercial banks in Bulgaria.
