The coronavirus pandemic showed that reforms in the health system are necessary, because there are almost no nurses left in Bulgaria, the Chairperson of the Association of Bulgarian Nurses Maya Ilieva told the Bulgarian National Radio. The hospitals cannot function as commercial companies and healthcare is not a trade, Maya Ilieva added.
