Bulgaria’s Ministry of Finance proposes the establishment of a “State Oil Company” for guaranteeing maximum competition on the fuels market and achieving the lowest possible price for consumers. According to the proposal, the state-owned oil company will build petrol stations on the territory of the whole country and on the main road arteries within 12 months.
