42,000 violations of speed limits registered across Bulgaria in one week

The specialized week-long speed-control Police operation has ended, BGNES agency informs. Traffic Police Chief Inspector Nikolay Krusharski said that from may 13 until now, a total of 42,000 violations of speed limits have been registered across the country. Over 25,000 of the violations were detected within the towns. In connection with the upcoming holidays, the Traffic Police will assist the traffic if necessary. It will regulate traffic, so that the citizens are able to leave the towns easier and travel safely, Chief Inspector Krusharski added.
