Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov and the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen have discussed in a phone conversation the Commission’s proposal for the next multiannual financial framework 2021-2027, as well as the Next Generation EU recovery instrument created by the European Commission to help the EU countries repair the economic and social damage brought by the coronavirus pandemic.
