Bulgaria will apply for EUR 500 million loan under the EU instrument to mitigate employment risks during an emergency-SURE, this country’s Deputy Minister of Finance Marinela Petrova announced. It became clear during the voting of the state budget amendment at first reading in the National Assembly Committee on Budget and Finance. The limit of the state guarantees will increase after the amendment. The new ceiling increases with EUR 159 million to EUR 940 million.
