A twenty nine-year-old female tourist died near the Rila Monastery after a huge beech tree fell on her tent, the fire department in the town of Rila told the Bulgarian National Radio. Another person was wounded. Tourists called 112 before 10 pm on Monday. Firefighters from the Rila Monastery arrived immediately at the scene of the accident, but the woman had already passed away.
