Czech tourist dies in Rila Mountain

 A twenty nine-year-old female tourist died near the Rila Monastery after a huge beech tree fell on her tent, the fire department in the town of Rila told the Bulgarian National Radio. Another person was wounded. Tourists called 112 before 10 pm on Monday. Firefighters from the Rila Monastery arrived immediately at the scene of the accident, but the woman had already passed away. The thirty two-year-old wounded man has a broken shoulder. He was taken to a hospital in Blagoevgrad. A strong thunderstorm accompanied with hail and rain caused damages in Bulgaria’s capital Sofia last night. One person was slightly wounded after a lightning hit a roof of a big retail store, Sofia Mayor Yordanka Fandakova announced.
