Bulgaria and Croatia still need to work to fix their economies and improve their institutions before joining the Eurozone, the member of the European Central Bank’s Executive Board Fabio Panetta said on Monday, Reuters reports. The reforms undertaken by both countries will not address all imbalances and vulnerabilities they face. More progress is needed to improve governance, their legal framework and the overall quality of the institutions, Fabio Panetta says further.
