Anti-government protests continue in Bulgaria for 13th consecutive day

Protesters began to gather in front of the Presidency building downtown Sofia. They are demanding for the 13th consecutive day the resignation of this country’s cabinet and of Bulgaria’s Prosecutor General Ivan Geshev. Earlier today protesters chanted “Resignation” in front of the National Assembly building during the voting of the motion of no-confidence against the cabinet, which was rejected by the MPs. The protesters are expected to march through the main streets and avenues in Sofia.
