“The Three Seas initiative must be established as an instrument of real social and economic cohesion,” said President Rumen Radev at a meeting with the ambassadors to Sofia of the 12 countries from the format. The Bulgarian head of state urged all Three Seas countries to make their contribution to the initiative’s investment fund and to finance joint regional projects. Rumen Radev called for the development of clear and concrete priority criteria and rules of the format.
