On the eve of one of the 12 big Christian feasts – Holy Cross Day – people from all over the country are coming to Krastova Gora (Forest of the Cross) in the Rhodopes, BNR-Plovdiv reports.

Because of the anti-epidemic measures this year, all churches will be disinfected and fewer believers will be allowed inside.

Religious services will take place tonight outdoors – in front of the Protection of the Mother of God central church. Christians are coming on the eve of tomorrow’s feast to spend the night in a place considered to be holy, where a piece of the Holy Cross of the Lord is kept.
