Every citizen has the right to express their opinion peacefully and freely, Sofia Mayor Yordanka Fandakova said, as quoted by the BNR's Evelina Stoyanova.
"As Mayor of Sofia I have always guaranteed people's right to express their opinion peacefully and freely. Sofia is the city where the greatest number and longest running protests have, through all these years, taken place, and I think this is part of the democratic urban spirit," Mayor Fandakova said.
