Declaring two employees of the Russian trade representation in Sofia persona non grata will harm bilateral co-operation, a position by Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs reads.

We regret the official decision of Sofia to declare the employees of the Russian trade representation in Bulgaria persona non grata on the basis of fabricated accusations, Moscow says. These actions will be seen as a deliberate attempt to harm constructive Russian-Bulgarian co-operation, the statement goes on to say. Moscow added that the response would be announced later.
