Investor withdraws proposal for sale of medicines in machines

The government decision, which at the last regular sitting of the Council of Ministers supported an investment project to the tune of EUR 10 million for sale of medicines from machines in places without pharmacies, has been revoked, BNR reports.

Bulgaria’s Ministry of Health delivered a negative opinion on the project and according to experts, only medicines without prescription can be sold in these machines, this country’s Minister of Health Kostadin Angelov said. Pos Pharma company has already withdrawn its investment proposal after the opinion of the Health Ministry, Minister Angelov told BTV.
