On October 25 we set clocks one hour back

On Sunday (October 25) Bulgaria returns to standard astronomical time. It starts at 4.00 am and the clocks must be set back one hour. 

The European Parliament has already approved a proposal to abolish the practice of changing the time by one hour in spring and winter. However, the European Commission is yet to rule on it.
