The Financial Supervision Commission has published a list of internet pages of persons who are not licensed to provide investment services on the territory of Bulgaria. The publication calls on these persons to cease offering investment cervices and activities via these internet pages.

The Financial Supervision Commission receives many complaints, signals and requests related to online platforms for trade with financial instruments owned or operated by non-licensed companies. The complaints filed mainly by foreign nationals contain allegations of loss of significant amounts of money invested through online platforms, BTA reports.
