At today’s meeting, the Council of Ministers approved the candidature of Bulgarian Nadezhda Neynski for the position of Secretary General of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) for the period July 1, 2021- June 30, 2024, the government’s press office announced.
