Bulgaria reports more than 3,000 Covid-19 recoveries for fourth consecutive day

3,075 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours out of 8,470 PCR tests performed, data of the Single Information Portal show. 36.3% of the PCR tests have returned positive. The highest number of Covid-19 cases was registered in Sofia-485, followed by Burgas-377 and Varna-324.

There are 93,931 active cases of coronavirus infection. 7,084 patients are receiving treatment in hospitals, 542 of whom in intensive care wards.

122 people have died in the past 24 hours, thus bringing the total number of Covid-19 fatalities to 5,045.

3,154 people were cured in the past 24 hours. The number of recoveries exceeded 3,000 for the fourth consecutive day. The total number of recoveries reached 75,232.
