Raccoons Pijo, Penda and Santino from the Nature and Animal Conservation Center in Dobrich began hibernating. The three raccoons are already huddled in a ball. As the weather gets colder, their metabolism slows down and they can be seen eating at most once a week. The raccoon weighed 21 kilograms, but has managed to lose 4 kilos and now weighs 17 kg. His diet included beets, fish, fruits and vegetables.
