Out of the countries of the EU, Bulgaria is ahead only of Malta, Slovakia and Croatia. Romania occupies 32nd position, Greece – 30th, and Turkey – 33rd. South Korea takes Germany’s place at the top of the Index, and the US drops out of the top 10.
