Mitko Tsenov wins 1,500 meters sprint race at Serbian Open Indoor Meeting in Belgrade

Bulgaria’s athlete Mitko Tsenov won the 1,500 meters sprint event at the Serbian Open Indoor Meeting in Belgrade. Tsenov set his personal best of 3:44.32 minutes, thus beating his previous personal best of 3:44.97. 

Eight Bulgarian athletes took part at the athletics tournament in Belgrade. Stanislav Stankov and Elena Miteva earned bronze in the 60 meter hurdles, informed BTA. Last Saturday, Tsenov became a champion at the 26th Balkan Indoor Championships in Istanbul, Turkey.
