Bulgarian tennis player Viktoriya Tomova has qualified for the semifinals of the WTA Copa Colsanitas tennis tournament in Bogota (Columbia), after beating Nuria Parrizas-Diaz of Spain 5: 7, 6: 2 and 6:4.

Tomova's next opponent is the 5th-seeded Tamara Zidansek of Slovenia, who eliminated Italy's Sara Errani 6-3, 6-4.

In the first set, Tomova started strong and took the lead with 3:1, but Parrizas-Diaz made a turn and took the lead. However, this did not affect the game of the Bulgarian and in the next two sets she did not leave any chances to her opponent.
