On the eve of the Easter holidays, a Dutchman became a member of the Municipal Council of Veliko Tarnovo (Central North Bulgaria). Jacob van Beylen entered the local municipal council after lawyer Kaloyan Yankov was elected an MP. The seventy-two-year-old Dutchman has lived in Bulgaria for 11 years.
