The best Bulgarian tennis player Grigor Dimitorv will go out on the court in Paris for his first match in the Grand Slam tournament Roland-Garros. His opponent will be the 82-nd seed Marcos Giron (USA).

The Bulgarian and the American players have not faced each other in a match so far. If Grigor Dimitrov wins, in the second round of the tournament he will face the Argentine Guido Pella or a qualifier. In case Dimitrov reaches the quarterfinals, his probable rival will be No. 2 in the world rankings Daniil Medvedev.
Unfortunately, the four other Bulgarian tennis players dropped out in the qualifiers and Grigor Dimitrov remains Bulgaria's only tennis player in the main draw of the tournament.
