At a press conference the caretaker Minister of Culture Prof. Velislav Minekov said that he would send a signal to the Bulgarian and European prosecutors over the renovation of the Largo in Sofia, the construction of Square 500 Gallery and the fortress in Yailata, which he described as a sham. The professor said that he had received the opinion of OLAF for the repair of The Largo and pointed out that the document was marked "top secret", so he could not disclose much information. "It is about nearly 4.5m euros missing. OLAF's letter recommends that three previous ministers and a mayor be held responsible," Minekov added.
