Yanaki Stoilov: District courts should not replace municipal courts

Judicial reform does not only boil down to discussions about changes to the "Judiciary" chapter of the Constitution. It also means updating the judicial map, so as to improve justice and protect the rights of citizens, said Bulgaria’s caretaker Minister of Justice Yanaki Stoilov at the discussion themed "Ensuring accessible and effective justice by developing a new judicial map". Judicial reform should not distance citizens from justice. 

District courts should not replace municipal courts, noted this country’s caretaker Minister of Justice Stoilov.
