The Ministry of Finance has announced a list of 21 people related to the Bulgarians sanctioned under the Magnitsky Act. Among them are former and current partners of Vasil Bozhkov such as Miroslav Iliev from the management of Nove Holding, Boris Bekyarov, a famous businessman and collector. The list includes Stefan Naidenov and his sons Boyan and Tsvetomir. Irena Krasteva, mother of former MRF MP Delyan Peevski, is also in the list. There is a great risk related to working with the individuals. "They do not have the right to apply under the Public Procurement Act and state-owned enterprises must refrain from working with these persons," Minister of Finance Asen Vassilev said.
