“There probably will be a deal for the purchase of new voting machines, though it has not been finalized. “We have no intention of spending taxpayers’ money indiscriminately,” Tsvetozar Tomov stated, and added that he hoped a price compromise would be reached on the machines’ logistics and transportation.
