More than 50 appeals have already been filed with the Supreme Administrative Court against a cabinet's decision that compiled a list of individuals and companies linked to persons sanctioned under the global Magnitsky Act such as Vasil Bozhkov, Delyan Peevski and Ilko Zhelyazkov, as well as 64 companies.

So far, various court panels have allowed the examination of seven complaints, among them the complaints of Bozhkov himself and his former business partners Boyan Naydenov and Tsvetomir Naidenov. On the requests for suspension of the decision, the Supreme Administrative Court said that the Sofia Administrative Court should rule on its admissibility.
