Ambassador of the Netherlands to Bulgaria receives Madara Horseman Order

Bulgarian President Rumen Radev has conferred the Madara Horseman Order First Class to Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Bulgaria Berendina Maria ten Tusscher. The award was presented for Tuscher's great merits for strengthening and deepening the friendly relations and cooperation between Bulgaria and the Netherlands.

Radev has pointed out that the Netherlands continues to be a leading investor in Bulgaria. Our trade and economic cooperation гhas been constantly growing, the Bulgarian President said. He pointed out that every year more and more Dutch tourists come to this country and that the Netherlands was a preferred place for Bulgarian students, who are more 3,500.

Ambassador Berendina Maria ten Tusscher spoke about her impressions of the warmth of the Bulgarian people and their openness, culture, and music that she would keep with her as a souvenir.
