Bulgarian Red Cross announced photo competition

To mark its centennial anniversary the Bulgarian Red Cross (BRC) is organizing a photo exhibition “HUMAN-и-ти” (HUMAN-and-you).

“The competition is a challenge for us, as well as for all amateur and professional photographers – to find humanity, to bring it out as a highlight and to photograph these moments of humanity and empathy,” said Mihail Ivanov from the Bulgarian Red Cross for the BNR’s Radio Sofia.

The theme of the competition offers ample opportunities for interpretation and for giving rein to the imagination, the only condition being that the photographs address issues connected with humanity. According to the contest rules, one photographer can email one photograph to the BRC by 20 September.
