Delyan Peevski attacks the Magnitsky list in court

The businessman and former MP from the MRF party, Delyan Peevski, has attacked before the Supreme Administrative Court the government's decision related to the persons sanctioned by the USA for corruption under the Magnitsky Act and their blacklisting, Sega daily reports. 

He filed his complaint on Thursday and a lawsuit is expected to be filed. 
Delyan Peevski is the last of the three persons sanctioned under Magnitsky, who also appealed the cabinet's decision in his personal capacity. 
Vasil Bozhkov and the now former deputy chairman of the Bureau for control of the special intelligence means, Ilko Zhelyazkov, did so a month ago.
