Weather forecast for Bulgaria on August 12, 2021

Slight drop in daytime highs on Thursday

It will be sunny on Thursday. In certain places in the central and mountain regions rain showers are expected Daytime temperatures will be between 32 °C and 37 °C, in Sofia up to 33 °C.

It will stay sunny along the Black Sea coast, in the afternoon with temporary clouds, but only in places to the south it will rain for a short time. The air temperatures will be from 29 °C in the north and 31 °C in the south. The temperature of the sea water is 26 °C - 27 °C.
In the Bulgarian mountains, the weather will be sunny with precipitation in some places in the afternoon hours. The maximum temperatures at 1,200 meters will be up to 26 °C, at 2,000 meters - about 19 °C. In the resorts of Borovets and Pamporovo highs will be at 25 °C and in Bansko at 30 °C.
On Friday and Saturday afternoon there will be cloudy spells over some mountainous areas where it is possible to rain. Temperatures will drop a little more and on Saturday the highs will be between 30 °C and 35 °C, on the Black Sea coast at 26 °C -29 °C.
