Hristiyan Stoyanov wins silver medal at the Tokyo Summer Paralympic Games

Hristiyan Stoyanov earned a silver medal at the Men's 1,500 m at the Tokyo 2020 Summer Paralympic Games. The Bulgarian athlete missed the gold medal in the final meters of the competition. Alexander Yaremchuk of Russia placed first. 

Hristiyan Stoyanov finished 7th at the previous Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. He won the second medal for Bulgaria at the Tokyo 2020 Summer Paralympic Games. Yesterday, Ruzhdi Ruzhdi earned a silver medal in the shot put event.
