A Military Medical Simulation Training Centre will be opened today at the Sofia Military Medical Academy - the only facility of its kind in Bulgaria for training military medical specialists.

The centre is designed according to the American model, and in the training of combat paramedics and medical officer cadets high-tech manikins will be used that can simulate the basic vital functions of the human body, pathological conditions and combat injuries.
A demonstration of first aid under fire and evacuation will be presented.
Bulgaria's President Rumen Radev will attend the opening.
