Anti-epidemic measures in Bulgaria are in accordance with the opinions of the employers’ organizations

The latest restrictions were introduced after in-depth discussion with the members of the expert councils, reminds Bulgaria’s Ministry of Health in connection with the intention of the Association of Catering Establishments to declare civil disobedience.

The Health Ministry notes in a press release that the natural and legal persons affected by the anti-epidemic measures should be compensated and this country‘s caretaker cabinet has repeatedly expressed this position. The Ministry of Health has received over 40 opinions with proposals for compensation mechanisms. They have been forwarded to the Ministry of Finance, The Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Tourism to take these specific proposals into consideration. That is why, the restrictions are softer as comparded to the measures introduced in other countries, the Ministry of Health adds.
