Representatives of the sectors affected by the latest anti-epidemic measures protested in front of Bulgaria’s National Assembly. MPs from GERB party, “There is Such a People” party and the coalition “Stand up BG! We are Coming” tried to talk with the protesters, but were soon asked to leave. The people who gathered in front of this country’s Parliament expressed their indignation that night clubs and discotheques have to close down, while restaurants and gaming halls are allowed to operate from 7 am to 23 pm.
Representatives of the Association of Catering Establishments reminded than nearly 50,000 people did not receive financial compensations from the previous lockdown.
