The International Biennale of Glass is the largest and most professional event in Bulgaria, devoted exclusively to glass art. Its third edition continues until November 7, 2021. The event takes place at the National Gallery Square 500 in Sofia and New Bulgarian University, which is a co-organizer of the glass biennale. 160 artists from 42 countries are presented during the International Biennale of Glass Bulgaria 2021. Their works are a prime example of the variety of techniques used in glassmaking, the event’s organizers note. The exhibition is open for visitors from October 6, during the work hours of the gallery, in compliance with all anti-epidemic measures.
