The Bulgarian Energy Holding will be managed by two executive directors and its board should be increased from 5 to 9 members. This request for a change in the management of the structure has been submitted by the Ministry of Energy to the Commercial Register, reporter Yuliana Kornazheva informed. The ministry declined to comment on the reasons for the changes.

After the changes, some of the members of the holding's board will be appointed after a competition, while the requirement will not be valid for others. The period in which the members of the board of directors will hold office will also be different.
